Girl: 16.
Boy: 35.

Message: ...I was wondering if you'd ever wanna hook up?...

Boy used to be girls manager, and girl is extremely paranoid, and keeps seeing him everywhere.
He scares her.
He's tried to get with other 16 year olds.

Can he get in trouble for this message?
Should girl tell police?
Girls concern is cops will blow it off, and read it like MOONLIGHT did. â†" But its not just a facebook relationship.

Boy was girls manager.
He hired girl.
He could have every piece of info about her.
SSN, address.
All of it.
